Q: What type of procedure is used for spinal stenosis? Is there any procedure that would help a slippage between L4 and L5?

Minimal treatments for spinal stenosis include X-Stop, vertos and endoscopic decompression of the ligamentum flavum. Open procedures include laminectomy and laminotomy. Minimal treatments may be useful in the absence of severe bony overgrowth. As far as the slippage, I don’t know if you are referring to a disc herniation or spondylolysthesis. At any rate there are numerous treatments available to you.
